Beginning Bee Keeping w/ Neal Sullivan

Beginning Beekeeping with Neal Sullivan will take place on Saturday, May 3 from 12–2 PM at Sweetland Garden Mercantile in North San Juan (29435 State Hwy 49). This introductory class is designed for beginners but offers value for experienced beekeepers as well. Attendees will learn beekeeping basics, how to set up equipment, install hives, and understand bee biology.

Instructor Neal Sullivan has 17 years of natural beekeeping experience on the San Juan Ridge and specializes in Biodynamic Beekeeping and Natural Queen Rearing. He also manages the Permaculture Garden at Ananda Village.

Class Details:

  • $40 per person (deposit required)

  • Minimum of 6 participants
