Heidi Hall Posts on Social Media During Budget Meeting

Remember when Heidi Hall was being paid for two government jobs? Anyway, she’s double dipping again–surprise, surprise. Let’s dig into it.

Heidi Hall is an elected Supervisor for Nevada County, and the Board of Supervisors just had a meeting this morning, starting at 9 a.m. This was a serious meeting, too, because they were discussing and seeking to approve the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

But Heidi has another “job” that matters more to her - she’s running for Congress. So, she published a post about a Supreme Court decision on X in the middle of her real job  running a local budget meeting.

So she’s not even thinking about the local budget she’s about to vote on. What did Nevada County taxpayers do to deserve this? They’re now paying her a salary so she can run a congressional campaign from her seat while she chairs the Nevada County board meetings.

She should take her job in Nevada County more seriously. Is this what people can expect from her in Washington, D.C.? Where are her priorities?

By the way, her post went live during public comments from her constituents. How would that make you feel?
