Nevada County Hearing Addresses Tiny Homes Ordinance
The Nevada County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved an ordinance (4-1) allowing tiny homes on wheels to be used as permanent residences.
“While the verdict was reached more than three years ago, the two families of the victims have had to endure not only the devastating loss of their loved ones, but also a long and painful delay in reaching closure within the justice system.”
Following the resignation of former Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters Natalie Adona on June 6, 2025, the Board of Supervisors has moved forward with the legally required process to fill the vacancy.
